§ 74-205. Buidling setback lines.

(a)

Building setback lines shall be indicated on each plat.

(b)

The minimum building setback lines on each lot shall be no less than 30 feet from each side lot line and 30 feet from the rear lot line.

(c)

The minimum building set back line for the front lot line shall be 70 feet from the centerline of any road right-of-way or 30 feet from the front property line, whichever is greater, unless the lot fronts on a paved roadway with a dedicated right-of-way of 60 feet or more and in such case, the minimum building setback line shall be 30 feet from the front property line.
