§ 86-42. Discharge of stormwater, unpolluted drainage and industrial cooling water.

Latest version.

Stormwater and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated for storm waters, or to a natural outlet approved by the county board of health. Industrial cooling water or unpolluted process waters may be discharged, upon approval of the state environmental protection division, to a storm sewer, or natural outlet.
