§ 86-37. Certification for extension.

(a)

No extension shall be granted without certification in writing from the planning department that the property in question contains the minimum square footage required by the particular use district.

(b)

No extension shall be granted unless and until written certification is received from the county board of health or its authorized agent that any individual sewage disposal system on the subject property complies with all local and statewide laws and regulations.
