§ 86-33. Liquid waste disposal.

No person shall discharge upon the ground or into any natural outlet within the unincorporated area of the county any suspended solid or garbage, sanitary sewage, industrial wastes or other liquid, except when suitable treatment has been provided and approved by the county board of health or its authorized agent, provided, that no such discharge shall exceed the criteria for suspended solids and other pollutants, temperature, etc., set forth in this article.
