§ 74-202. Lot sizes and proportions.
(a)
Residential lots shall meet the lot width and lot area requirements of the zoning ordinance of the county at the time of the development in the zoning district where the property being developed is located.
(b)
Residential lots shall have a depth of not less than 150 feet and not less than 200 feet wide at building site, except that flag lots and cul-de-sac lots shall be 200 feet wide at the building line. Lots served by septic system and private well shall be at least 1½ acres in area if zoned residential (R-1) and two acres in all other zoning districts.
(c)
Residential corner lots shall have adequate width to meet building setback requirements from both abutting streets.
