§ 62-31. Purpose and findings.

It has been determined by the Banks County Board of Commissioners that it is necessary and desirable to require any person or entity engaged in pulpwood, logging, or timber operations in Banks County to comply with the requirements set forth in this article in order to perform any pulpwood, logging or timber operations in Banks County, and shall further require the compliance with the provisions of O.C.G.A. § 12-6-24.
