§ 2-130. Limitation of action.

  • The action taken by the board of commissioners, including the activation of the development authority of the county under the Development Authorities Law, O.C.G.A. § 36-62-1 et seq., is not intended to, and shall in no way or to any extent, impair or otherwise affect the existence, purpose, organization, powers or function of any other industrial development or other authority heretofore created by constitutional amendment or act of the general assembly, including without limitation the county industrial building authority created pursuant to an amendment to the Georgia Constitution (1962 Ga. Laws 1962, page 939) ratified by the voters of the county at the election held on November 6, 1962.
