§ 14-31. Adoption of state law.

Latest version.

The county adopts the Responsible Dog Ownership Law (the "Act") of the State of Georgia O.C.G.A. § 4-8-20 et seq. as the law of Banks County, as the same now exists or may hereafter be amended.
