§ 10-68. Regulation of obscenity.

It is not the intent of the board of commissioners that this ordinance legislate or regulate with respect to matters of obscenity. The regulation of obscenity is a matter of state law, and is accomplished by O.C.G.A. §§ 16-12-80—16-12-83.
