§ 2203. Occupation.

  • No individual guests shall register, reside in, or occupy any room or rooms within the hotel or motel for more than seven consecutive day period, except in the event of an emergency or catastrophe, which shall be determined on a case by case basis by the Banks County Commission Chairperson or his/her designated agent. If individual guests register, reside in or occupy any room or rooms within the hotel or motel for more than seven consecutive day period it must be an extended stay hotel or motel.
