§ 1907. Development grounds.

(a)

Not less than 25 percent of the total area of the development shall be devoted to open space areas, recreation and other community use facilities. (Same as Section 58-167, Article IV, Chapter 58 of the Code of Banks County.)

(b)

All areas not utilized for buildings, or other facilities shall be landscaped and maintained in a suitable manner.

(c)

All off-street loading, unloading and service areas provided as required shall be screened by means of landscaping or permanent construction from adjoining areas.
