§ 1903. Street requirements.

Interior roads serving the development are required and shall be suitably drained and have a minimum pavement width of 20 feet plus two feet of concrete gutter drainage area on both sides of road, for a total road width of 24 feet. If dedicated to the public, the roads within the development shall meet the same requirements as required for subdivision roads/streets.
