§ 1901. Site plan approval required.

(a)

All multifamily housing developments shall require site plan approval by the board of commissioners.

(b)

Development shall be according to a comprehensive development plan, connected to public sewer and public water, and must meet subdivision regulations and provide adequate protection of the surrounding properties.
